In this fabulously festive 2-hour workshop, co-founder of Where Inspiration Blooms and experienced ceramicist Caroline Oden will guide you through making two beautiful mini Christmas trees and six delightful hanging decorations (just like the ones in our piccies!).
 
You'll be invited to take a wander in our outdoor space to forage for leaves and seedheads, or choose from our gorgeous collection of festive wooden printing blocks and other treasures to press unique textures and patterns into your clay. The results are always magical and no two creations are ever the same.
 
If you fancy a splash of colour then we will have a range of underglazes available for you to experiment with before your pieces are fired.
 
After the workshop, your Christmas trees and decorations will be carefully bisque-fired and clear-glazed in our studio kiln, ready for collection about three weeks later – perfectly timed for Christmas.
 
No previous clay experience is needed – total beginners are very welcome, as are those who’ve played with clay before. All materials (including firing and glazing of your gorgeous pieces) are included in the class price.
 
This class will take place at our cosy studio in Holmer Green, HP15.
 
To make things extra merry, you’ll be greeted with homemade mulled wine, mulled apple juice or sloe gin (plus plenty of soft and hot drinks). You’re also welcome to bring along your own bottle and some festive nibbles if you’d like to turn it into a seasonal get-together with friends.
 
For many, our Christmas workshops have become the highlight of the season – the perfect way to relax, get creative, and kick-start the festivities with some joyful crafty capers.
