Join Stacey Young of Meet The Moon for a cosy two-hour evening of festive creativity, where you’ll learn the beautiful art of embossing foil to create your own collection of elegant handmade silver and gold Christmas decorations. 
 
This is one of those wonderfully satisfying crafts that looks far more complicated than it actually is. Stacey will guide you through the process step by step, using a selection of templates (which she will have previously designed and printed) to help you create your designs, so no previous experience or art experience is needed.
 
You’ll learn how to transform simple materials into beautifully embossed decorations with a gorgeous metallic finish — and you may well find yourself rather addicted to the process!This workshop is about more than simply making decorations. It’s a chance to slow down for a couple of hours in the midst of the Christmas madness, get your hands busy and enjoy some proper festive creativity.
 
Come on your own and meet some fellow creative people, or gather your family or friends and make it your Christmas night out. There’ll be festive refreshments as you work, and when the making is done, the Hit or Miss pub is just across the road from The Pavilion, making it very easy to carry on the evening with a festive drink and a bit of catching up.
 
You’ll head home with a collection of beautiful handmade decorations to either hang on your own tree, use as part of your gift wrapping or give as thoughtful gifts or bring out year after year as part of your Christmas traditions.
 
And of course, The Pavilion will be looking suitably festive too, with Christmas music, twinkly decorations and a very warm welcome. We’ll have a selection of festive hot and cold drinks waiting for you - both alcoholic and non, along with some delicious homemade Christmas treats from the lovely Susie at Angelic Cakes in Amersham. Plus if you want to make a real party of it you are welcome to bring your own drinks/snacks!

Please note that we will only be able to run this class/course if we have a minimum of 5 guests. All of our teachers are highly skilled in their fields, but being an artist isn't always a well paid profession so we hope you understand why it's important that we ensure that our teachers can afford to run each of their classes. Should the class not be able to go ahead we will contact you no less than 2 weeks before it is due to start and we will of course, offer you a full refund.
