**COVID UPDATE**

As working mums we really don't have the time to write, rewrite, rewrite again and then rewrite again our covid cancellation policy.  So we wanted to assure you that we are fully across all government announcements and if we, or you, have to cancel your workshop due to covid, we aren't the sort of people who will take advantage!  We all need to stay safe, and we all need to feel safe.  So...if you have any questions or concerns then do simply email us or call Jules on 07710474699. We are so grateful for your support, without it we simply wouldn't have survived, so wherever we can please know that you mental and physical wellbeing is always top of our minds. 

 

Workshops

 

How do I book onto a workshop?

Simply take a look at our website and choose the workshop you wish to book on.  You can book online with a credit or debit card.  Alternatively if you prefer you can contact us via bookings@whereinspirationblooms.co.uk and we can issue you with an invoice or call 07710 474699.  Please be aware that until we receive payment your place on the workshop is not guaranteed.  Full payment is required in advance.  Please also note that we allow a 24 hour cooling off period on all of our bookings.

 

Can I get a refund if something comes up and I can’t make it?

We do not offer refunds on any of our workshops but we do offer other options.  For more information on this, please see our Refund Policy.

Do I have to book via your website?

If you are unable to book via our website then if you prefer you can contact us via bookings@whereinspirationblooms.co.uk and we can issue you with an invoice or call 07710 474699.  Please be aware that until we receive payment your place on the workshop is not guaranteed.  Full payment is required in advance. 

How can I become one of your teachers?

Private Hire

Can I book The Barn for a private event?

Absolutely yes.  We hire out the main workshop room, 2 adjacent rooms and acre of beautiful grounds for a fixed fee.  For more information on availability, pricing or to make an appt to look around please contact bookings@whereinspirationblooms.co.uk

Do you take a deposit for private hire?

Yes we do.  For any private hire booking we charge a £50 damages deposit which is fully refundable once we have checked that The Barn has been left in an appropriate condition.

What is your private hire cancellation policy?

In order for us to be able to stay afloat and pay our overheads, we unfortunately do have to have a cancellation policy for all of our private hire bookings.  This is detailed in full in our Private Hire Terms & Conditions but in summary is as follows:

 

  • 100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 6 weeks prior to hire date

  • 50% refund if cancellation occurs between 4 and 6 weeks prior to hire date

  • No refund within 4 weeks of hire date

General Questions

Is there parking at The Barn?

We have free parking for about 10 cars in the area immediately surrounding The Barn.  We are also very fortunate that our next doors neighbours at Chartridge Lodge Hotel & Conference Centre have ample free parking that we are free to use if necessary.
