In this fabulously festive 2-hour workshop, co-founder of Where Inspiration Blooms and experienced ceramicist Caroline Oden will guide you through making a set of 3 bauble decorations.
 
We will be using a number of different tools and techniques to alter and decorate your baubles, including textures, carving tools and cutters along with a number of other tools to ensure everyone makes a unique set of 3 baubles that are sure to become family heirlooms. You will also have the opportunity to choose which colours you would like us to glaze your pieces (from our selection of glazes) which we will do for you after they've had their first firing.
 
After the workshop, your decorations will be carefully bisque-fired then glazed in our studio kiln, ready for collection about three weeks later – perfectly timed for Christmas. You will receive an email from us inviting you to book a collection slot to return to pick them up.
 
No previous clay experience is needed – total beginners are very welcome, as are those who’ve played with clay before. All materials (including firing and glazing of your gorgeous pieces) are included in the class price.
 
We recommend this workshop for adults; however, teenagers aged 14 and above are welcome to attend if you wish to enjoy this workshop together, provided they also purchase a place on the workshop too.

This class will only be able to go ahead if we have a minimum number of 5 guests. All of our teachers are highly skilled in their fields, but being an artist isn't always a well paid profession so we hope you understand why it's important that we ensure that our teachers can afford to run each of their classes. Should the class not be able to go ahead we will contact you no less than a week before the class is due to take place and full refunds will be issued.
