In this really relaxing and playful session we will be focusing on embroidery using small bamboo hoops. All materials will be provided and this workshop will be suitable for absolute beginners as well as anyone who used to sew but hasn't picked up a needle in a while. An experienced embroiderer, Jules will introduce you to several different techniques for transferring a design of your choice onto different fabrics, and then teach you a handful of really simple and effective stitches to bring your piece to life.
 
It's a lot to expect you to complete a piece in a single workshop so you will be given the opportunity to take the materials you need to complete your piece with you.  You are welcome to bring your own design with you, or we will have a plentiful supply of inspirations for you!
