Willow Weave a Bird Feeder
Create a simple but beautiful willow bird feeder for your garden in this relaxed drop-in workshop with Jools from Nature's Jewels.

Using sustainably grown natural willow, you'll weave your own feeder in around 20 minutes before taking it home ready to fill with bird treats and hang outside. It's a lovely introduction to willow weaving and a wonderful way to encourage more wildlife into your garden.

With climate change ever more obvious we really need to take the time to support our local wildlife and feeding the birds through winter can be a great and simple way for families to get involved. You may have already noticed how early the blackberries and elderberries seem to be ripening - if they're all gone over by autumn then this winter we will need to protect our birds as much as possible and this little feeder - which takes 'fat balls' really effective help.

This pre-book or drop in 'make' will take you no longer than half an hour to make and is perfect for beginners, families and anyone wanting to enjoy a creative moment or two during the festival.
