This workshop was a sellout on the 5th of July, so Jools has agreed to run it again! If you don't fancy an indoor workshop but still want to try something new during the festival week, how about learning how ot make your own Willow Plant Supports? Ideal for sweet peas, peas or indeed any other growing plants! They look lovely and isn't it so much better knowing you made them yourself! We are so pleased to welcome back Jools Hopton from Nature's Jewels to run this willow weaving workshop with us. In this 2 hour outdoor session, you will complete a gorgeous willow obelisk for your garden. No previous experience is needed and all materials will be provided. This workshop will take place in the grounds of The Barn.
The Where Inspiration Blooms Wellbeing Festival
We set up Where Inspiration Blooms two years ago as a space for people to learn something new in an inspiring natural environment. When your mind and hands are focused on learning a new craft, it can allow you to feel a state of flow, which has similar stress relieving properties to practising mindfulness, meditating or being in nature (something we have both felt has been incredibly helpful during this time). We believe that craft, nature and gentle wellbeing activities have a huge role to play in helping us all to move forward from the lockdown period and in this festival we hope you will find something which appeals to you.
Safety & Security
During these times of social distancing please rest assured that we are taking all the recommended steps to ensure maximum safety. For the duration of our Wellbeing Festival all our indoor workshops are taking place in a very large conference room inside our next-door neighbours main building at Chartridge Lodge Hotel with all outdoor workshops within the beautiful acre of grounds at The Barn.
For more information please email us on email@example.com
We very much look forward to welcoming you to The Barn.
