Suitable for children from approximately 10-16 years old. Come along with your teenager for a relaxing and bonding hatha yoga session. Taking time to breath together and support each others weight through a series of poses, that will help to strengthen their growing bodies and ease your aches and pains!
Finding activities to do with your teenager can be a tricky task, and this session will give you precious time together, learning a new life skill. Sharing a yoga session can be a great way to help keep mind and body balanced, which can be especially welcome during the teen years.
