Join us for this brand new workshop from Guy Stafford, our hugely popular sourdough expert.
In this more advanced workshop Guy will be teaching us how to make an enriched dough with eggs, milk and butter. This is the sort of dough which can be used to make things like brioche, hot cross buns, crumpets, cinnamon rolls and panettone.
This workshop is suitable for anyone with previous sourdough making experience or who has already attended one of Guy's workshops at The Barn.
