Join us for a gentle walk in the beautiful bluebell woods near The Barn at Where Inspiration Blooms (weather permitting) followed by a fabulous day of art lead by award-winning tutor and artist Jay Nolan-Latchford.
We’ll start off with painting individual bluebells, looking at drawing, mixing colours and simple brush techniques and then after lunch we’ll recreate a bluebell wood painting choosing from watercolours or gouache, or even a combination of both.
The workshop comprises step by step technique demonstrations and plenty of 1:1 guidance and tuition so that everyone will leave with a finished painting mounted and ready to frame.
All materials will also be provided, as well as tea/coffee.
Please bring with you weather appropriate clothes and footwear for the woodland walk, and a packed lunch as the workshop will run over lunchtime.
We very much look forward to welcoming you to The Barn.
